watermelon + cucumber + lime + gin = the most refreshing, light summer drink!

Trader Joes’ Organic Watermelon Cucumber Cooler juice was my inspiration for this cute lil cocktail. It’s such a pretty shade of pink – I was basically sold the minute I saw it. Pretty sure you could mix practically anything with it and it’d be delish!

1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Watermelon Cucumber Cooler (any watermelon flavored juice will do)
1/4 cup sprite
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 shot of gin (coconut or white rum would be good here too!)
*fresh lime and/or watermelon, if desired for garnish

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake shake shake!
2. Pour into a glass filled with ice, garnish with watermelon/lime :)
